#FlashbackFriday pic of me prepping my kouki #AE86 for paint. We painted it with enamel paint cause old hot rod guys have the best paint jobs and that’s what they used back in the day. It’s illegal in CA but luckily, my painter’s amigo was able to get it for us in Mexico. Paint color was original #Toyota 3E6 red, with added clear coat. #airmax95 This was 1999 or 2000. I completely totaled my #AE86…….. This was my first AE86. It smashed into the center divider on the 280 freeway in San Jose. This was on March 17,1999 when I was on my way to work. Remember this car, @keroone @dj36o @the_gza @yumilee13? I moved outta SJ shortly after that. (Taken with instagram)
